All units will be repaired as soon as possible, usually within 2 to 4 working days (specially ordered parts will increase repair time).

A 30 day warranty covers all repairs we make, and 90 days on parts that we replace. Warranty starts from the date the unit is picked up.

Not included in the warranty are:

• Something going wrong other than what we repaired. (Like fixing a flat tire, then the fan belt breaks)
• Finals in amplifiers. We guarantee the quality of our work, but cannot control the use or misuse of a unit.
• An intermittent problem of which we were not advised.
• Misuse or damage, intentional or not.
• Unit was sent incomplete (no case, no mic.,etc.)
• Cleaning only, when cleaning corrects the problem. (references to VCR's and other tape units)
