Out of warranty rates: Diagnostic fee is $45.00 paid in advance. We will provide estimate before repair. If unit is repaired,  the diagnostic fee is credited toward the repaired unit. Normal status within 5 work days once received in our facility.

In Warranty: We need a copy of sales receipt along with description of malfunction. Note, most Factory Warranties are for 90 days Labor and 1 year Parts.
